Early harvested Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot grapes were selected to make this vibrant Rose. The grapes were lightly crushed, chilled down; yeast seeded and allowed to soak for 12 hours. At first sight of the onset of fermentation activity the red juice was drained from the skins and allowed to ferment cold. The fermentation was stopped before total dryness, chilled and prepared for bottling to retain its fermentation freshness.

Colour: Vibrant Pink
Bouquet: Fragrant sweet berry fruits
Palate: Fresh, light flavours of early picked dark berry fruits with a soft lively finish.
Cellaring: Best drunk early while the wine retains its youthfull vibrancy.
